About the event
Tardive Dyskinesia is a movement disorder caused by long-term use of certain medications commonly prescribed for mental health or gastrointestinal conditions. Its symptoms—such as involuntary facial movements, jerking limbs, or blinking—can be both physically and emotionally distressing.
Why It Matters
Over 800,000 people in the United States live with TD. Despite this, awareness remains low and stigma remains high. That's why your voice matters—as a healthcare provider, advocate, caregiver, or someone living with TD.
