1. Program Description & Optional Participation

NBCR, in partnership with our communications platform provider Delfa, sends SMS text messages to communicate with individuals regarding clinical research studies, trial inquiries, appointment scheduling, and related health services.

Opting in to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is not required to receive care or participate in our programs.

Text messages sent by NBCR (via Delfa) may include:

• Responses to clinical trial inquiries and study screening questions

• Appointment notifications, confirmations, and reminders

• Study-related follow-up communications

• Updates regarding current or upcoming clinical trial opportunities

2. Opt-Out & Cancellation

You can cancel or unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.

After sending "STOP", you will receive a single confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive text messages from NBCR unless you explicitly opt back in.

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your active inquiries, appointment schedule, and study participation. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us (or Delfa on our behalf) and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is critically important to us. NBCR does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data will only be shared with authorized service providers (such as Delfa) solely as necessary to deliver the SMS messaging services you requested.
